Payment Methods
Currently we accept Visa and MasterCard. In the near future we will be accepting online Checks.
Discreetly billed on your credit card statement as "Conner Media". NO REFERENCE TO OUR WEB SITE OR THE CONTENTS OF YOUR ORDER WILL APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT.
Video formats, such as PAL (European) and NTSC (US), are determined
by the country you are ordering from. You will receive the proper
video format used in your country.
All products are shipped in plain wrapping via US Postal Services,
with only Conner Media's return address only.
CONNER MEDIA DOES NOT SELL ANY MAILING ADDRESSES OR EMAIL ADDRESSES,
NOR DO WE ADVERTISE OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES USING EITHER OF THESE.
All videos are amateur videos. DVD video is superior to VHS.
All orders are usually shipped within a week, but please allow up
to three weeks for deliver. If you have not received your video after
three weeks, contact us at sales@homodvd.com
Void where prohibited. Customer is responsible for obeying the local

If the item is damage or
defective, you may return it for replacement of the same item. All
returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the video to be honored.
